Scot Christopher Hair Design has been a high end hair design salon for about 10 years in downtown Boise. The client came to us with any online presence at all, realizing that it was a serious way to grow his business and customer base.
The challenge that they presented to the studio was not only to create an outstanding website that will appeal to the high end customer base but also  the ability for this customers to schedule appointments from the website.

Solution

The structure of the site reflect the main business goals:

1. Be found online to acquire new customers
Action: display business information

2. Ease and modernize appointment scheduling
Action: implement a web based scheduling application inside of the site (Rosy)

The layout has been created around the idea of a nice and clean theme with a spicy touch of grunge to reflect the salon’s positioning and differentiation. We applied it to the website as well as social media profiles. Both location and staff photography have been performed with this creative direction in mind.

Results

Visitors land on a very fresh looking and elegant website with simple but efficient features. Users have now access at all information about the salon, open hours, stylists, location, history… and they can now experience online schedule, choose their stylist and request a specific service in advance.
